Appointment System
The appointment system has proven to be effective in reducing the time and effort required in tracking and controlling appointments. All appointments are mapped on the system to provide confidence that:

Visibility of offered appointments is presented to the practitioner each time they use the application. Every client in the system has a colour coded appointment icon, with three modes:
The Calendar icon. This signifies the client is in need of an appointment
Red Information icon. Shows an appointment has been offered, but not yet accepted
White Information icon. This means the client has a confirmed appointment

Automatic emails prompt acceptance or rescheduling- Your client can choose an alternative appointment
